Return Policy
We guarantee a one-time comfort exchange with a $69 re-delivery fee on mattresses for up to 120 days with a valid copy of your receipt. Delivery surcharges may apply to areas outside of the greater Asheville, Arden, and Hendersonville, NC areas. Mattresses that are more than 75 miles outside of the Asheville, NC greater area are not eligible for comfort exchanges. The 120-Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to; California King, Adjustable Firmness Beds (Air), or Special Cut (Split Head, Full XL, 3/4, etc.) mattresses, as they are considered a custom order. If you are not happy with your new mattress within 120 days of your original purchase date we will allow a one-time comfort exchange after 14 days of sleeping on your new mattress. All customers must pay the difference when upgrading to a more expensive mattress based on the original purchase amount and the retail price of the new mattress. If you select a less expensive mattress for your comfort exchange you will receive no refund for the difference, but credits can be applied to your re-delivery fees. All sales are final after the merchandise has been delivered, held in our warehouse for will call, or if the purchase is financed through a 3rd party finance company. We do not exchange box springs, bed-frames, adjustable bases, accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, toppers, and comforters), platform bases or headboards. Mattress Man charges a $69 delivery fee for warranty mattress claims that covers re-delivery in the Asheville, Arden, or Hendersonville, NC areas. Delivery surcharges may apply to more distant areas. Warranty claims on mattresses more than 75 miles from Asheville must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We are unable to haul away furniture, frames, adjustable bases, waterbeds, or heavily soiled mattresses. Please note all sales are final on floor model, clearance items, furniture, and accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, toppers, and comforters).
